Another volume of ‘Lucyna Tape’ series highlighting the embodied vision. This time, we’re portraying a tale by the ones who witnessed the mystical aura surrounding the day-stage at Lucyna 2022 festival. The stage was called ‘Przebudzenie’ - a polish word for ‘awakening’ and was all about the sonic narrative inspired by the lusty meadows from the lands.

On the sun side, ‘Father And Son Records and Tapes’ label head ‘Maciek Sienkiewicz’ with a tender lookout at the frosty windows, ‘Freux’s magnetic attraction for the untroubled soul archipelago, Katalpia’s flowers ready to bud steadily alongside Wroclaw-based producer ‘Lowhitey’, ‘DJ Duch’ with a concrete balearic’s ketch ballade, a whispering recollection of memories by Mniej Niż Trzy and the aquatic experimental echo from Poznan-based TBH.

On the moon side, ‘Dj Grzyb’s DMT-trip shaped by free-form delusions, ‘Ivan Bayor’s odd-ball acoustic chuggin’ ode to the dawn creatures, followed by a passage to the mentally wide planet ‘Blu Terra’ for an adventurous encounter with night slugs, astronomical dreaming sessions with ‘Lotus Reaction’, ‘Personal Sauveur’s poetic, dubby and painful truth, whale spirits whistling secret symphonies to ‘KCN’ lug holes and last but not least, Pejzaż’s expanding soundscape filled with timeless relics.

As Lucyna, we’re proud to curate and present to you the hidden gems of various generations of Polish subterranean club scene in a very contemplative locus.
